Reservation Policy
Check-in is at 3:00 p.m., check-out is at noon. Room rates range between $295 - $650, with midweek seasonal specials available. Rates are based on single/double occupancy excluding tax and service gratuity fee of $20 per room, per night. All rates include breakfast. All guest rooms are nonsmoking. Smoking is allowed outdoors in the courtyard. Reservations require a credit card for guarantee. One night's deposit plus tax will be charged at time of booking. Mastercard, Visa and American Express cards are accepted. There is a two-night minimum stay on weekends with a Friday and Saturday stay over. To maintain the intimate atmosphere, this is an adult only property. Children under the age of 16 are not allowed at the hotel or restaurant. We ask that you do not bring pets with you during your stay at L'Auberge Carmel. Cancellation policy: 7-days in advance. Cancellations made within 7 days of the confirmed arrival date will result in forfeiture of deposit (one night room and tax). Because of our size, cancellations affect us significantly. Therefore, we adhere to a strict cancellation policy.
Restaurant Reservation Policy
Dress Code: Semi-formal attire is reccomended although jacket and tie are not required. Jeans and shorts are discouraged.
Restaurant reservations require a credit card guarantee.
Cancellation policy: 72 hour advance notice is required for restaurant cancellations. Cancellations made within 72 hours of the confirmed reservation time will result in a $75 cancellation fee. Because of our size, cancellations affect us significantly. Therefore, we adhere to a strict cancellation policy. Pets and Children under the age of 16 are not allowed in the restaurant.
Because of the intimate nature of our restaurant table seating in our restaurant is set up for parties of 5 or less. Our wine cellar is available for parties of 6 to 10. Larger parties should contact the hotel for other options. Wine cellar reservations require a 6 person minimum, $150 per person spend, and a 14 day cancellation policy. Wine cellar reservations cancelled within the 14 day period will result in a $500 cancellation fee.
