Under the collaboration Chef Justin Cogley, Pastry Chef Ron Mendoza the “Food for Thought” monthly dinner series features a four-course meal focusing on one key seasonal ingredient.

“We created this series with the idea of offering diners a truly unique menu experience for one-night only. Almost like a “pop-up” dining experience, to be enjoyed for one-night and then gone,” shares Cogley. “It will be challenging and fun for all of us working in the kitchen to develop four dishes that focus on one key ingredient. Diners will have the chance to taste the best of the season.”

The price is $75* per person including wine pairing.
